Kibale National Park is an excellent destination for observing smaller primates, including the black-and-white colobus, red colobus, grey-cheeked mangabey, and the rare L’Hoest’s monkey. You may also spot nocturnal primates like the Thomas’s galago. Experience the stunning scenery of Bigodi Swamp during a three-hour wetland walk, where you’ll encounter over 200 bird species, eight primate species, mammals such as bushpig, bushbuck, and the elusive and endangered sitatunga, along with various reptiles and countless trees.
After early morning breakfast we pick you from a hotel or guesthouse of your choice in Entebbe or Kampala and leave for Kibale NP. We will stop on the way for Lunch and beautiful sceneries. In the afternoon we will arrive at Kibale NP, sleeping with the noises of the tropical rainforest.
After breakfast, you will go for chimpanzee trekking. Kibale Forest National Park is one of the best safari destinations in Africa for chimpanzee tracking. Kibale’s 795km2 National Park contains one of the most beautiful and with the most varying tracts of tropical forest in the whole of Uganda.
This is place to a number of forest wildlife, most especially 13 species of primate coupled with chimpanzees. After chimpanzee tracking, you will have lunch and then visit Bigodi wetland
After breakfast, you will enjoy a leisurely drive back to Kampala arriving in the afternoon. Drop off at your hotel in Kampala or at Entebbe airport for your onward flight and that will be end of this 3 Days Kibale forest Chimpanzee tracking safari in Uganda.
